Project Brief
Contract awarded by Ardstone to fitout 151 apartments in their Beechpark development, the apartments are arranged over four blocks with some up to five storeys. 

A red brick façade, Beechpark looks over to the mountains and with a dual aspect, the higher floors are lucky enough to have a sea view. Elm Gray worked closely with the contractor, The O Flynn group to ensure efficient fitout planning so that all would be completed in minimum time.
